CSR Plastic Credits and Shares
Plastic Credits - The environmental currency of the future
A plastic credit is a digital proof that a certain amount of plastic has actually been removed from the environment and recycled into new raw material.
When you buy a Plastic Neutrality Package (PNP), you help Corsair Group to:
1
Collect plastic waste
Transform the plastic into environmentally friendly bio-oil
Create new value in a circular economy
Each credit corresponds to plastic that has physically disappeared from the earth and is registered on the blockchain as a CSR credit (Corporate Social Responsibility).

What is a plastic credit?
You may have heard of something called carbon credits. A carbon credit is an environmental instrument that is already mandatory in many parts of the world. In its simplest form, the system is based on companies that pollute having to pay companies that reduce emissions or remove carbon dioxide from the environment.
A well-known example is Tesla, which for several years actually made more money selling carbon credits than selling cars.
With the same logic, a global rollout of plastic credits is now underway.
So what is a plastic credit?
A plastic credit is basically a digital receipt that proves that plastic waste has been removed from the environment. Every time plastic is collected from landfills, oceans or other parts of nature, this work is documented. Based on the verified collection and recycling, the company that performed the work is entitled to issue plastic credits.
These plastic credits are then used by companies that, either voluntarily or through new global regulations, become responsible for their plastic footprint. The goal is for companies to remove as much plastic from the environment as they themselves cause each year.
In practice, this means that companies that use plastic in their packaging or products for the first time in history become responsible for also removing the equivalent amount of plastic waste from the environment.
Most consumer brands do not collect plastic themselves. Instead, they partner with companies like Corsair, which specialize in collecting and recycling plastic. The link between the company that causes plastic waste and the company that cleans it up is the plastic credit.
Plastic credits create a completely new economy based on cleaning the planet from plastic. They put a monetary value on plastic waste that otherwise has no value. By making collection and recycling economically profitable, incentives are created for companies like Corsair to scale up and do even more good.
Simply summarized: just as with carbon credits, the companies that pollute pay the companies that clean up. And the tool that connects these two is the plastic credit.
A growing market – and soon a legal requirement
Plastic credits are still in their infancy, but the potential is enormous.
Companies around the world are starting to buy plastic credits to offset their plastic footprint – just as they do today with carbon emissions.
Organizations such as the UN and the EU are driving the development forward.
This means that companies will soon have to report and offset their plastic impact – either through recycling or plastic credits.
Owning plastic credits today means being ahead of regulation and being part of a new global economy where sustainability and profitability go hand in hand.

United Nations
The UN Environment Programme (UNEP) is preparing a global plastics agreement (2025–2026)

European Union
The EU is introducing new rules for producer responsibility

Governments
Around the world, governments are developing standards for plastic accounting
“Just as carbon credits went from voluntary effort to legal requirement – plastic credits are now going the same way.”
Why Corsair is unique
Corsair Group International is the first in the world to convert mixed plastic waste – even that which cannot be recycled traditionally – into new, sustainable raw material.
Through advanced pyrolysis technology, a circular system is created where plastic is no longer a problem – but a resource that gets new life in the form of environmentally friendly bio-oil.
This is more than recycling. It is a complete cycle where nothing is wasted, and where every kilo of plastic that is recycled creates value — both environmentally and economically.
Here begins the economy of the future: when plastic stops being waste and instead becomes energy, raw material and opportunities.
“We have solved the plastic problem technically – now we are solving it economically.”
A new type of credit
Recycling credits – not just collection credits.
Most players focus on collection credits – plastic that has been collected but not recycled.
Corsair goes further.
Corsair creates recycling credits, which means that a credit can only be issued when the plastic has actually:
1
been collected
been treated
been converted into new raw material (bio-oil)
Every time plastic is recycled, a traceable CSR credit is created on the blockchain – impossible to falsify and easy to verify.
🎥 What are CSR Plastic Credits? (5:10 min)
CSR Plastic Credit is a digital proof that plastic waste has been removed from the environment.
The plastic waste is recycled through chemical recycling (pyrolysis) and converted into bio-oil.
The bio-oil can be used as raw material for new plastic or further refined into fuel.
Each CSR Plastic Credit is linked to real, physical plastic collection.
All credits and transactions are openly recorded via blockchain technology for transparency.
CSR Plastic Credits make it possible to measure, reduce and balance plastic footprints and become plastic neutral.

TÜV SÜD – global leader in certification
TÜV SÜD is a global leader in certification and quality control. They offer Recycled Content Certification with full traceability of recycled material, so that the amount of recycled plastic can be verified and reported correctly.

Control Union – Plastic Waste Reduction Program
Control Union is responsible for the Plastic Waste Reduction Program, where projects must prove that the plastic has actually been treated and taken care of before credits can be issued. It ensures that each plastic credit is based on actual management of plastic waste.
Carbon Credits vs Plastic Credits
| Type of credit | What it measures | How it is created | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carbon Credit | Reduced CO₂ emissions | When emissions are reduced or offset | Less carbon dioxide in the atmosphere |
| Plastic Credit | Removed plastic | When plastic is collected and recycled into bio-oil | Less plastic in nature and oceans |
Plastic credits measure real change – not just reduced emissions.
Facts in brief
Real recycling
The plastic has not only been collected – it has been recycled at the molecular level and become a new raw material that can be used again.
Digital transparency
Each credit is traceable on the blockchain and can be followed throughout the process. Nothing can be double-counted or manipulated.
Global impact
Both companies and individuals can participate and remove plastic from nature for real – credit by credit.
How it works – step by step
1
Plastic is removed – Corsair collects plastic that would otherwise have ended up in nature.
The plastic becomes bio-oil through advanced pyrolysis in closed systems.
A plastic credit is created for the amount of plastic that has actually been recycled into new raw material.
You get the proof – plastic credits that show your actual environmental impact.
You can keep, sell or retire your credits.
The Buy-Back Program - If you understand this, you understand the value!
The Buy-Back program is the reason why CSR, CSR25 and CSR26 can become very valuable over time.
When Corsair buys back the CSR, CSR25 and CSR26 plastic credits, the number decreases, which drives up the price.
At the same time, Corsair is building up its own holdings of plastic credits – and as the value rises, so does the value of the company.
This is an important part of the strategy for the planned IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 2029.
10% of the revenue from bio-oil
Corsair takes 10% of the entire turnover – not the profit,
but the entire turnover – from the bio-oil and uses it to
buy back CSR, CSR25 & CSR26. That means:
Every liter of bio-oil sold drives up the value of the credits.
Example revenues from bio-oil
In 2026, the plan is to have 30 machines in operation
Each machine produces an average of approximately 100,000 liters of oil per month.
Each liter of oil is currently sold in 2025 for 1 dollar
- According to this example, the company buys back plastic credits for$300,000 per month
10% of all gate fees
Companies, municipalities, and countries pay a so-called gate-fee for Corsair to recycle their plastic.
10% of these fees are also used directly for buy-backs.
The more plastic that comes in → the more buy-backs.
📍 Example gate-fees Croatia
Croatia pays €450 per ton of plastic waste that Corsair recycles.
€45 per ton goes straight into the Buy-Back program.
There are currently approximately 200,000 tons of plastic waste waiting to be recycled.
- Croatia previously sent its plastic waste to China, but current legislation has put a stop to that.
“The more plastic that is recycled – the more the value of each credit rises.”
Shares in Corsair Capital
Corsair Capital is the part within the Corsair group through which share purchases in the company take place. It is via Corsair Capital that it is possible to buy shares in Corsair before a future IPO.
A structured share sale over several years
Corsair has chosen to carry out the share sale in several annual rounds over a limited period of time. The plan covers the years:
2025
2026
2027
2028
Each year, shares are offered to a total value of 5 million euros. When the year’s volume is reached, the opportunity for that year is closed, and the next opportunity opens in connection with the next round.
Shares before IPO
The share purchases take place before a possible IPO and can be described as an acquisition of shares at an early stage. Corsair’s long-term ambition is to be listed on an international stock exchange in the future. The exact timing has not yet been officially determined.
Status right now:
The share round for 2025 is closed.
The start date for the 2026 share round has not yet been communicated. The information will be updated as soon as a new round opens.
Price per share
The price per share is determined separately for each round.
The first share round was carried out at a very low price per share. In future rounds, the price is expected to be higher than in previous rounds, but the exact price will be communicated before each sales period.
All share prices are stated in euros.
Opportunity for larger investments
In addition to the annual structured sale, there is an opportunity for larger investments. For investments of, for example, 100,000 euros or more, share purchases can also take place outside the annual volume of 5 million euros.
This means that larger investors are not dependent on whether the ordinary annual round is fully subscribed.
